Terms of Service

1. The Service

ScreenScore is a subscription web application that displays live and recent sports scores across multiple leagues, designed for viewing on screens including TVs. We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Accounts

To access ScreenScore you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use ScreenScore.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

• Plans: ScreenScore is offered as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices listed on our site at the time you subscribe.
• Billing: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Lifetime purchases are a single one-time payment.
• Payment processing: All payments are securely processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method.
• Cancellation: You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Price changes: We may change subscription pricing for future billing periods. Any change will be communicated in advance and will not affect a lifetime purchase you've already made.

4. Refunds

If you're not satisfied, contact us through the support page and we'll work with you in good faith. Except where required by law, refunds are provided at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute access to the service; attempt to bypass the subscription paywall or share account credentials to circumvent payment; scrape, copy, or republish the service's content or underlying data at scale; interfere with or disrupt the service's operation; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Sports Data & Accuracy

Scores, statistics, and game information are sourced from third-party feeds and provided for informational and entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, we do not guarantee that all data is error-free or up to date, and ScreenScore should not be relied upon for wagering or other decisions where accuracy is critical.

7. Intellectual Property

ScreenScore's name, logo, design, and software are the property of ScreenScore and are protected by applicable law. Team names, league names, and related marks belong to their respective owners; ScreenScore is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league or team.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep ScreenScore running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control, including interruptions in third-party data feeds.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScreenScore is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScreenScore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
