We use the limited data we collect only to: provide and maintain your account, process your subscription, deliver live scores and the features you've enabled, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure and working properly.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run ScreenScore:
To reach new subscribers, we use conversion-tracking tools from Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and X. These tools place cookies or similar identifiers in your browser when you visit screenscore.tv and share limited information with those platforms — such as which pages you viewed and whether you completed an action like starting a trial or subscribing — so we can measure whether our advertising is working. On some platforms, this may also be used to show ScreenScore ads to people who've previously visited our site.
This is separate from how we treat data inside the product: these tools do not have access to your account details, payment information, or in-app activity, and we do not sell your personal information to them or to anyone else. Each platform handles the data it receives under its own privacy policy — see Google's, Meta's, TikTok's, and X's privacy policies for details.
You can limit this tracking through your browser's cookie and privacy settings, or by adjusting your ad preferences directly on each platform.
We use essential cookies and local browser storage to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We also use the advertising cookies described in Advertising & Analytics above — these support our own marketing measurement and are not used to personalize your experience inside the app.
If you visit through an affiliate link, we use a first-party cookie that expires after 30 days to remember the first affiliate who referred you. If you create an account during that period, we associate that account with the affiliate to measure signups, trials, collected payments, refunds, and commissions. We keep that relationship for later subscription payments. You can remove the cookie through your browser settings before creating an account.
Authorized ScreenScore administrators manage referral and payment records. Each affiliate can view only their own referral counts, collected purchase dates and amounts, commissions, and payout history. Affiliates do not receive referred customers’ email addresses, card details, or other in-app activity through this system. Payment and commission records may be retained for accounting and fraud prevention after an account is deleted.
If you are an affiliate, your verified ScreenScore account also opens your affiliate portal and complimentary lifetime access. We store the payout preferences you choose, including a PayPal or Zelle email address, a Zelle mobile number, or a Venmo or Cash App handle. These details are available only to you and authorized ScreenScore administrators to arrange manual payouts. Removed methods are no longer used as active preferences; account deletion removes your saved payout methods.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure password hashing. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data using industry-standard practices.
You may request access to or correction of your account data at any time through the support page. You can use Manage Account to cancel a Monthly subscription while keeping your free portrait mode account, or separately delete your account. Lifetime users may delete their account and give up Lifetime access. When you delete an account, we remove its ScreenScore profile and login, except for transaction or other records that Stripe or we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
ScreenScore is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the service.
